Do not worry if you don’t know them - we’ll deal with that down below

IF they are a complete jerk and you can’t stand them and the only reason they are in your phone is so that if it rings you know not to answer it - and you never want to do business with them, ever, ever, ever… don’t put those people in. All the rest go into the database.

Step 1.

(EVA LINK A SPREAD SHEET HERE) Copy and save this file onto your computer and start here.

Step 2.

Write phone in the top box and data dump every single person from your phone into this spreadsheet. Add in any other info you have, like their phone number, email address, and physical address if you have it.

Step 3.

Skip a few lines and write email in the next section and data dump every single person from your email into this spreadsheet. Add in any other info you have, name, etc. Don’t worry if you don’t have their names.

Step 4.

Skip a few lines and write facebook or any other social media you belong to. Linked In, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc. Do the same data dump for each.

Step 5.

Continue with any other lists of names you may have, ie., work or school directories, invitation, card lists, etc.  

Note: You want a raw list of names. It doesn’t matter who they are, where they live, or what they do. Just pour out as many names are  you can gather. The goal is to have a minimum of 200. You may easily end up with 1000 or more. This is why I want you to spend an entire day on it. After you’re done with the easy ones, I want your brain thinking about who else knows anyone and reach out to whomever and get those lists too.

Also, many phone systems, and social media systems can be downloaded automatically. Some won’t have that ability. It doesn’t matter how you get the info, it just needs to be in that excel spread sheet so we can get to work on it tomorrow.
